STANDARD SERVICES

• Shipping is within the Continental US only and is shipped via UPS ground service at the cost stated on the shipping screen when you check out.  Based upon UPS Current rates. Delivery is from 2 to 5 days.  Small items are shipped via "USPS" (United States Postal Service).

• In Stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours.  We will notify you if an item is ordered is out of stock and tell you when you can reasonably expect the item to be shipped.

• Custom made orders will be shipped in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

• If you require faster delivery.  We will e-mail you the shipping charge information to you before finalizing the order.  You must reply to this email before we can ship the order.  Failure to reply can result in your delayed receipt of the order.

• On your order screen, you do have the option of using your own "Federal Express" account.  Give us your shipper number and we will process it using standard Federal Express services.

• No week end deliveries will be made. Except for "UPS" extra charge Saturday Deliveries in rare instances.

RETURNS

• We will not charge for shipping to you on "Exchanges" for size or style.  You must ship the package back to us at your expense.  If the jacket was in error on our part, we will have UPS pick up the jacket at a place where they can meet you, or we will issue you a check for $10.00 to ship the package in error back to us in any manor you see fit.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the large percentage of fraudulent credit cards received from overseas orders, we can not accept any credit cards for orders outside of the USA.

CANADA

Canadian orders will be shipped at our discretion.  You are responsible for the shipping charges, duties and any other costs associated with your purchase.  We will not pay for exchange shipping on Canadian orders.  We have NO control over additional charges you incur by your government or the delivery services.

OTHER COUNTRIES

If you still wish to have the order delivered, you must first prepay using a "Cashier's Check" or wire the money in U.S. dollars using Western Union.  When you are filling out the payment order information, just check bill me, and we will notify you with specific instructions and the additional shipping cost that will be required to fill your order.
